Physicl raises $10M to make the digital world real enough for robots

High-fidelity 3D simulations and synthetic data generation are increasingly sought after to overcome the data bottlenecks and costs of training physical AI and robotics models in the real world.

Physicl has raised $10 million in seed funding from Inovia Capital to repurpose 3D e-commerce rendering technology into high-fidelity simulations for training robotics and world models. The startup is launching a product called Studio with 10,000 3D environments and 100,000 object assets to generate synthetic data for difficult edge cases.
